A potent, pure, natural hemp extract so powerful, so effective, you can pretty much think of it as “medical grade.” Our company name isn’t Medical Mary for nothing!
Why do we put all this painstaking effort into our process? Why are we so selective about our raw ingredients?
The answer to both of these questions is the same: Because we care about you. You’ve put your trust in us to help you enhance your health, feel better, and enjoy a brighter, better life. We take your belief in us to heart. There’s simply nothing more important to the Medical Mary team than your wellness and your family’s wellness.
Medical Mary is proud to offer three categories of CBD oil and a wide range of dosages. The basic categories are Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum, and Isolate.
Here’s a quick guide to help you decide which category is right for you.
Full Spectrum CBD (.3% THC)
Full Spectrum CBD contains all the cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, including THC and, of course, cannabidiol (CBD). THC is the psychoactive compound found in abundance in marijuana and in trace amounts in hemp (not nearly enough to give users a high). We recommend Full Spectrum if you’d like to enjoy the maximum benefit the hemp plant offers, what’s known as the entourage effect. The entourage effect refers to the natural pharmacological harmony created by all 100+ hemp cannabinoids working together in your body to produce a variety of positive health and mood benefits.
Broad Spectrum CBD (0 % THC)
Broad Spectrum CBD oil is similar to Full Spectrum in that it includes almost all the healthful cannabinoids in the hemp plant. This category of CBD leaves out THC completely.
We recommend Broad Spectrum if you’d like everything the hemp plant has to offer, but you’re not comfortable with even a trace of THC.
Isolate CBD (0% THC)
Isolate CBD is pure, unadulterated cannabidiol.
It has no THC at all, but it has none of the other cannabinoids found in the hemp plant either. Everything is extracted in our refinement process until all that’s left is CBD. We recommend Isolate if you want CBD and only CBD in your system.
Medical Mary offers a number of different ways to introduce CBD into your system. One of the more effective delivery methods is oil, also known as tincture. Why is it so effective? Because the oil is deposited under the tongue, where it can be readily absorbed into the bloodstream through the sublingual artery instead of passing through the gut. CBD oil taken sublingually is highly bioavailable, which means it loses none of its potency due to digestion and other metabolic processes. Make sure to hold the oil under your tongue for at least 20 seconds to maximize absorption. If taste is important to you, no worries, we’ve got you covered. Our oils come in delicious natural, orange, and mint flavors.
We’re often asked for recommendations about dosage.
“How much CBD should I take?”
Since everyone’s biology is different, you may have to experiment with dosage until you find what works for you. If you’re a newbie to CBD, we recommend starting out with our 500 MG bottle, which provides nearly 17 grams of CBD per serving. From there you can adjust your dosage up or down based on the relief and benefits you experience. Remember that the best results come with daily use. Try taking the oil in the morning when you wake up and again before bedtime. You should begin to notice the positive effects after about two weeks.
Oh, and let us know how it goes! We love to get feedback from our customers.
